rear footrest spacer internal diameter

I need to get some spacers for the oem rear footpegs to clear the high level cans, can anyone tell me the internal diameter I will need?

8.5mm ish as its a m8 bolt that holds them on

i have 15mm hex steel and then drilled and tapped,threaded bar and nut inside and stainless cap screws on the outside
