Thinking of fitting a K&N air filter are they worth the cost

Depends what you want to achieve - plus you'll need rejetting and some dyno time. Along with freer flowing cans can give a little more topend and increase an already poor fuel consumption.

You will need to buy the filter and pay for Dyno set up normally around £250 and you'll only get 1-3bhp

If every time you spent £50 you got 1-3 more Bhp I'd have 500 Bhp by now.
Or acting as an interesting grille ornament on an oncoming large thing.
One dem ting, sho' nuff.
