Hi all , im Roy , from Carlisle up in Cumbria , new to the site and just wanted to say hello , just got my first storm a couple of weeks ago , only been out on it a couple of times , once up Hartside & down to Keswick , but I must say I love it , no issues yet , & hope non to come , any way hello all ,,, Roy

hi mate , yep I know the house your parents are at , pass it everyday on way to work at Kingstown , you managed to get away from good ol Carlisle then ! ,
only thing im a bit concerned about the bike is the cct's what they like to fit ??

hi brian , think ill need to look into getting em done , just got mine a bit tidier than it was when I got it ,needed a good basic going over , its a 2002 f2 , its not in bad nick but wouldn't say its mint , put some tyres on it , brake pads etc , might have to wait for the cct's as the mrs is pulling a few faces with spending any more on it as its getting more attention than her

The manual ccts aren't too bad if you're handy with the spanners, did mine in an hour or so.
Make certain you follow the procedure in the forum workshop section and not the Haynes book of lies.

welcome to the club. Carlisle is not too far form my old stomping ground near to Dumfries. we had to go to Carlisle to see any of the punk bands when I was 16..... great night out on your moped
