"Doctor, my guts are killing me, have been since my last meal." Said the cannibal.

"Well then," said the doctor, "who did you last eat?"

"It was that Bill Gates bloke," replied the cannibal.

"Ah, there's the problem," answered the doctor, "he was obviously too rich for you."
