Evening all and hello from another very happy newbie - picked up my 02/52 Metallic Yellow 'Storm on Saturday. Love it!!

Welcome in, pull up a chair & have a good read through...If it is truly standard get the CCT's & Reg/Rec changed straight away...then you can start on the rest of the mods...suspension front & rear, loud pipes, comfy saddle ect ect Oh & a respray of course...

Welcome aboard,
Don't listen to them, leave it standard and enjoy it for what it is
Yes do the CCTs, fit a finned Reg Rec, upgrade the front fork springs and thoroughly service the brake callipers, fit new brake hoses and brake pads, use original Honda Nissan pads, you'll be very surprised how good they are, oh you must fit some loud cans, apart from that just leave the thing alone
or you'll end up like Tony

Cheers guys and thanks for making me feel so welcome, and for all the "advice" LOL. I have no plans for any mods at all, other than the CCT's. The bike is WAY too nice - it really is mint and not even done 7k miles yet, so I am not going to bugger about with it. I've also got a completely original and low mileage '89 Land Rover 90 which is in superb condition so I am a sucker for originality!!
