If at first you don't succeed - tools down and go for a ride.

In the past I had a CBR600 F2 top yoke and they are flat and a bit beefier so could be better to use.

Would a Hornet top yoke fit? I wouldn't have to drill owt then?

No, different spacing. Have read that CB400 fits, the modern one but they would be hard to track down.

the drilled one on ebay looks shocking probably would be srong enough but I personally wouldn't risk it for the sake of £50 -60, C'nC may have delivery/after sales issues but the quality is tip top,
I've now gone all European and bought a KTM Superduke GT and Aprilia RSV1000R :D ,
Storm is now gone  .

The 96 Dull-vile top yoke I tried was the same fork leg width but the steerer tube was wrong by around 20mm, so it could be adapted but wouldn't look pretty!
