given the Chain link with no O-rings and now this I suggest you check the torque on your new brake callipers to make sure you fitted them properly.

lol its ok im beating myself with a hammer as we speak..
pulled the cam cover of.. checked the chain tension and its still fine. but something aint right inside unless these engines are meant to sound like a washing machine.. tho one very strange thing, sitting stuck to the side of the chain tunnel was a bit of thin wire about an inch long? wire as in piano type wire???
god knows il not look any further because i can see anything broke.
