rear rotor tiny cracks

hi guys,
found some tiny cracks on the rear disk, like this:

pratically in every hole of the disk :thumbdown:

Do I need a new one?

Are they cracks or scratches? Cracks then yes get a new one before it shatters, it has probably already scored the pads.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!

How can I know if they are cracks or scrtches ?

If they are cracks then they would be on the other side of the disc as well.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!

Pretty common in high performance applications like SuperMoto.
I have ridden quite a while with a much worse front disc.
It doesn't tear apart immediately, but if it does you'll likely crash. In Germany you'll loose road approval when the TÜV notices that damage.

I'd have a look for a new or used one and replace it these days without any hurry.

Not sure if its just the picture but pinch the disc near the centre run your finger and thumb towards the outer edge of the disc, does it have ridges across the face of the disc? It looks like it could do but not sure, if it does then its time for a new disc also.

Yeah, happened to mine yet the cracks were a little larger.
Disc had worn past ideal thickness and was getting too warm when used :(
