if that's the state of your plugs I would check the oil and filter at the same time............ and sack the guy that does your bike service

In all the years I have been motoring, I have never seen a plug look like that. I don't know how the thing can even provide a spark!

To ask if the bike was running before you removed said plugs, and you might say ''yes'', I think is worthy of a phone call to The Guinness Book of Records.

It also doesn't help the front one having 4 red people welded to the right side of it.
