Here's a few better pics:
I got the front tire mounted to the front CBR rim and she is much happier!!
Almost Ready For Spring
Re: Almost Ready For Spring
She's crying out for a USD front end, lowers the stance and loads the front tyre better.
Improves turn-in, without losing too much ground clearance.
Mostly because the overall fork length is shorter..
The grey looks good though.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Re: Almost Ready For Spring
You ain't kiddin...Those skinny forks always give me the willies no matter what bike they're on. Personally, I have no issue with their performance at all and if someone could show a weight savings on some USD setup I'd consider ditching the RSU's. Tactical note--last winter I rebuilt my forks and switched to the next weight thicker oil and reduced the air gap by 10mm iirc--huge performance improvement. I did not do the other mods that have been posted but I have considered it.

Re: Almost Ready For Spring
tidy looking bike. as tony said tho the blade front (rwu) forks really help. they pin the nose of the bike down and make it very flickable
the older i get,the faster i was
