So if I continue to ride my gas guzzling motorbike will I have to pay tax on the fule at the pump & tax for the milage ?

There's an evolving set of scales need balancing and needs to start soon as possible, over time the balance will swing to electric but a gentle rise over the years is the way to go, and fossil fueled vehicles need Not to be taxed more than they are right now, infact it should reduce as road pricing should replace annual road tax for them.
