i seem to recall a winged wheel bicycle engine thing years ago, but that looks too official, masonic maybe?

It reminded me of the Flying Merkel logo. But their wings are uplifted at the ends.

Alternatively, how about the top of the the TT trophy?

Puts me in mind of the flying wheel of Hermes, I feel I've seen this logo somewhere but why it's on a wall in Wales baffles me. Perhaps the builing once had a link to cycling or transport.
