London congestion charge and bikes?

Do bikes still have to pay the congestion charge? I've got a meeting in London soon, will be a day trip from here (Belgium) so thought I'd blitz it on the bike.
If I do have to pay, where do I have to line up to get a ticket?
Or... as I'm on a foreign plate, do I just ignore it and ride in anyway?

I sound like a blummin tourist to my home city.. sad innit.

Cheers, Trebs.

Yeah rights right no charge however there a few places to park need to there early though. Even when they start charging don't pay. Your plate let you get away with it. For all the other riders i would not tell you to get another plate made with 2 number or letters swopped around thus avoiding payment because that would be naughty.
