Happy days there's a bonus for you as it's now £9.90 a pop...
Treated meself to a tenner's worth of fuel ...

You get your bus pass when your state pension kicks in.
I got mine last July, haven't used it yet!

Getting old can have its advantages, but I’m just getting over a knee replacement in the left leg , right one is pending, so it feels like one leg has got new suspension and stiffened whilst the other feels like it needs a progressive spring and new fork seals.I’m wondering if Mr Ditchfield could help me out here and Roger my legs…..”Stop it I know what you’re thinking” it may be quicker than the NHS. Ride Safe fellas.

More 60+ news...
A nice letter from the NHS came today...
Bowel cancer screening.
I will shortly be sent a testing kit to crap into & send off to some lab where a tech who probably spent many years at uni studding hard for exams to get a degree only to find the only job available is to test peoples crap...
Could be worse I suppose...Testing stuff at sewerage works, at least your indoors in a lab...

You can get an over 60 rail card that gets you 30% off train tickets. Costs you about £30 to get it each year, but pays for its self after 2 trips to London.

Got me result letter yesterday... All clear no blood found in sample...
It comes with a proviso, apparently if the sample is clear it's not proof that you don't have bowel cancer...Then gives a list of symptoms to keep any eye on...
So daily poo checks it is then, I'll have to wear me specs to the WC...
