I've been a bad girl...

It was a stifling afternoon. Not a breeze was felt. My long, dark hair hung lifeless down my back, clinging to my neck. I was imprisoned. Held captive by a man I could not see. The boredom was claustrophobic. I wiped a cold glass of water across my forehead, desperate for relief, yet it would not come. I blended frozen juice & relished the short escape as it briefly cooled my throat.

Then it occurred to me. Sitting idle in the garage. Quietly awaiting my return. So patient in its loneliness. It needed me. Needed to be needed. How could I not?

I hobbled up the stairs, donned some tight shorts, a very thin, very low cut watermelon-pink shirt & some joggers (all made of kevlar, of course...). Back down the stairs & around to the garage. I led my trusty steed out into the sunshine, turned the key & could not believe how amazing it sounded!

We went for a ride, my Storm & I, and it was one of the most wonderful rides we've done. I tell you, people, absence does indeed make the heart grow fonder!!! I seriously could not believe the sound. The doc said 2-3 months post-op & I will probably feel up to getting back on the bike. I count two weeks & two days!

It's SO good to be back! :D
If you ate yourself would you become twice as big or simply disappear?

Well, it's the morning after & I feel okay :D .
I don't feel dirty or humiliated, rejected or unloved.

Guess I did the right thing then, eh?
