Back on

:D just got back from my first blast on the storm since the accident......
started first time.. and its been out in the back garden for seven weeks or so.
not a bit of corrosion [thank you scottoil] .. its alot FASTER than i remember.
but hey ..like they say its just like riding a bike....and now im home. cup o tea and a big stinky[cough cough].. :wink: nice wee bito sunshine and dry roads..all is well in marty's world...the leg is a bit painful. but my physio did say to move the foot up and down as much as possible...
TODAY'S CONCLUSION...........Fkin Magic :D :D :D :D

There's nothing like a blast on the bike when you've had a spell of not riding it, it's like you forgot how BRILLIANT it is 8)

Glad to hear Marty you are up to riding the bike again, even if still a little sore :!:

good to hear we can stop calling you hop-a-long behind your back mate.

i was oot on sunday on mine, great to get back on again, can't believe its winter right enough, think its going to start late this year, march and april will be bad no doubt.
anyone for a bet it snows on my birthday in may.

Don't listen to Kaz's logical advice, Zero, overdo it to your heart's content. I lasted two weeks & two days of my "suggested" 2-3 months off the bike. Just couldn't stay away, so I understand. What's a little permanent disablement in return for riding your beloved steed sooner than you should, eh?
