I've got a Garmin Quest, made for the bike if you get the kit for an extra £70 or so, it is waterproof and quite small, doesn't support speed cameras but i'm working on it. good piece of kit though.

How do you mount the Garmin on the bike and where do you take the power from? I was thinking about getting one - preferably one that shows the nearest petrol pumps!

Have Garmin Quest, wirh RAM mount, runs off bike battery with connector. have ear speaker which cost £10 from Rainbow motorcycles. So have full audio instructions in the helmet.
It also shows petrol stations, pubs, hotels, services.....its great.
Decided to buy it when I got lost at night in the Lakes, and was running out of gas.
Bought the Quest from Maplins for £250

Yeh i got a medion its not waterproof but comes with a waterproof wallet, its okay covers all UK and Ireland with optional maps on cards for Europe.
I was thinking of the small Garmin it was on offer in woolworths, at 144quid, but it didnt have a socket for earphones, and i cant ride and look at the screen at the same time as death is a permanent fixture sooner get lost hahaha
