GOOD DAY FOR A RIDE

What a brilliant day for a ride! Just recovered from my op' (too painful to relate - but sitting on bike seat is just about the worst thing you can do - nuff said) so thought I'd try 50 miles or so this morning. There's nothing like it - 'cept the obvious, but I'm guessing that'll be an eye watering experience as well.

Now on to the serious stuf - bear and barbie.
