OMFG!!!

Post by Kitch »

8O :) :D

OK... picked my bike up today... skived a day off work to play on it, gorgeous weather for it.

Pulled onto a 50 limit road and gave a healthy right hand twist... OMFG!!!

Later pulled onto a short stretch of motorway, snicked into 3rd and pinned it.. OMFG!!!!!

This thing is just fabulous. I'll need even more plastic surgery now to remove this stupid huge grin on my face.

I love that I can do 15 mph in 3rd gear too... or 100, still in 3rd gear... this thing feels like a missile compared to my old CB, but damn is it fun. I'm still learning how it all works and handles, goes and stops etc so I'm taking it easy. Can you pin it wide open in second? or does the front go skyward?

So... who's up for a ride this Sunday?

alas, its a 16-41... I have plans for a 15-41 when I fit a new chain. It still seems lightning quick to me... I've had the greatest day, went for a mooch round the lakes, overtaking on this thing is a breeze... it's funny pootling in 4th, drop to 3rd and nail it, long line of cars vanish and I'm doing a ton in no time... best back off the loud handle a little.
