Hey... need us to send any electric blankets or hot water bottles your way?

Jeez, talk about wrong weather for biking.

Hope you're all ok down there in the land of the long white drift.

As the power's Richard and you might not get net access, we'll make sure there's plenty to read when you get back.

our power is on, i mowed the lawn last sunday, if you want to send anything send burbon, and lots of it.

This is a strange wee country, I live in the southern most city, yet today i rode to work and home again ,less than 100ks away there is about half a foot of snow and ice around affecting roads, trains, airports etc.

There has been power outages for mostly high country people......oh and those in the North Island a getting a bit of bad weather too... as most of the population is in the north city of Auckland, if they get a bit of ice on the road, the nation is subjected too a 15 min spot covering it on the national news..

Anyway thanks for the concern, our forcast is for snow on friday, so i may have to eat my words
