Not riden the new one but I did do a reasonable amount of mikes on a Tiger and Sprint RS when using them as an instructor bike.
The power delivery is more like a twin than a 4. This is what made me try a v twin.
I though they were good bikes, there is a but. My friendly tell it as it is dealer reckons they are hard to sell on because there is a limmited market for them. Dealer will always offer a very low trade in price because they know the Triumphs will take a while to sell on. On the up side Triumph are prety good at after sales service.
AND they do sound a bit like a tractor!
I like the speed triple. The 955cc bikes are the later/better engines
