Kaz, when you say its the slowest in the house do you mean browsing the net or just in general?

Kaz, for future reference NEVER goto pc world, they are rip off merchants! Hence when you mention that name to people who are into their pcs they will shudder!
As for the slow-ness thats most likelly curable with a few options.
What ISP are you with? (aol?) and do you use a router, wireless router or modem to connect to the net?
If it just web-pages that are slow and the pc is fine till the other is turned on like you say then there is nothing wrong with the hardware at all and it will be some software not setup correctly (ie: windows not doing its job as it should).
