Been out for a quick spin tonite n noticed back end extemley soggy, tyre quite soft could be a puncture but more than likley the amount of canvas showing in the centre is the problem...that's the 1st tyre I've killed since my fizzy, I'm sure the heat killed it anyone else suffered?

Run Dunlops since I bought the Storm in '02 and never seen that problem.
They can be pretty soft though. I once ran over a branch on a fairly worn rear tyre and punctured it. When I took it off there was a 1in dia piece of wood inside, abaout 2 in long! So I guess they do get soft and weak.

MMM well I suppose it was well past it's sell by date after 4000 hard miles
and it was a 204 soft I'll just ave to shell out yet again, I'm sure flower arranging would be a cheaper way of passing the time than bikes!!!

After 4000 miles, you've certainly had your moneys worth.
Dunlops can be bought relatively cheap if you do a deal for two and fit em yourself.
I think I bought my last lot from Busters (but there's lots of suppliers around. Still haven't fitted the front yet though.

Bondy,
Not surprising given the temperatures you must enjoy in Cyprus.
Although we've just had a real hot few days in the UK (raining non-stop now of course)
