Hiya all. There is plenty of parking at the Angel which is next door to the Hydro can't see any problem leaving the odd bike overnight if you spend a few quid behind the bar

Did I tell you about my healing hands...........THIS IS NOT A WIND UP just something I used to do when involved in spitualism. Was a bit heavy so I stopped.........got freaked out eventually cos was having the departed looking over my shoulder.........put me off my stroke.

was in a hurry.spelling not my strong point.
Now.......lie on floor face down
keep tummy flat on floor
push up with arms, keeping tummy on floor
this arches the spine and relives pressure on the discs.
repeat 5 -6 times every hour or so and take pain killers.
This will help........honest

yeah I know.......had prolapse L5 & S1 levels, but trust me it works,
by the way dont get constipated........hurts to strain, so lots of fluids and fibre.
Stange as it sounds sex is really good to relieve pain, especially if you laugh..release of endorphins

Well my Boss (a woman) came up behind me when I was'nt looking so maybe my fingers slipped a bit. Oh and Kev no they don't laugh they are usuall greatful for the cash
