Not been around for a good while...........

.........been out riding the thing! The West country rocks! Some bloomin' lovely roads which just beg to be thrashed along.

Anyway the Skidmarx lowers took a beating and look sandblasted so I ordered some powerbronze one. Must admit I'm not impressed with them. Very flimsy and do not fit together very well at all. I like the shape of them but must admit the quality is a bit lacking for the price.

They're going back and I'll be on the phone to skidmarx come monday...

Keep up the good work with the posts the nights are drawing in and its always good to have a chuckle..

.as with most things bike related. aftermarket bits. are a pure rip off..i had powerbronze lowers to help keep the shite off last winter..they nearly didnt make it..so much for tough ABS plastic...ive built airfix kits made from better
...my bellypan is a fibreglass moriwaki clone..hard as nails.. you puts yer money down you makes yer choice.... :wink:

Welcome back Barry :!: :D I think Zer0Zer0 is spot on :!: most after market items are not made that well, I would rather pay a little more and have a decent piece of kit that fits well, than end up wishing I'd never seen it in the first place :!: :!: :!:

P.S. However my Scorpion race cans IMO are well made and excluded from my above comment :!:
