Liverpool to skegness

Just covered 400 miles from Liverpool to Skegness and back today! The longest journey I have done on any bike. My lovely partner decided we should visit her brother on a whim!
Feeling thoroughly trashed! She is a lovely bike, but comfort may not be a strongpoint. Got Numb elbow and felt like my legs no longer belonged to my body. Hands were the same. Think I should invest in some heated grips. Mind you if I wanted comfort should have bought a Pan European.
Weather was'nt too bad at all considering its the middle of winter. Saw some snow on the pennines, but none on the road.
Anyway it was well worth it just to get her out for a spin, any excuse
