Firstly your picture needs an URL address........?? What's that then? The picture must be hosted on the web somewhere, for commercially available photos its is wherever they put them. For your own photos you need to publish them into webspace. You can do this using various methods i.e. flickr, imageshack or MSN webspace or some other personal photo album in cyberspace.. for instance our own gallery!

One you have found or published your picture you need the URL address. Go to the picture, right click over it with your mouse and go down to properties. Highlight and copy the entire URL address.

In your post,first click the img grey box underneath the subject line, then paste the URL address, and click the img tab again.

You should now have something that looks like this
