Hello all,

just thought I'd post a quick hello as a newby.

I own a 97 Storm in red which I've currently got stripped down to get the bodywork, wheels etc cleaned up and straightened out a bit.

Gutted to be off the road with all the recent weather tho! :(

Cheers,

Benny K.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I'm afraid it'll be staying mainly red, although with a few white bits here and there. Speaking of which...

I've got mine at the powder coaters too... I've heard a few scare stories about the bearings and also the tyres not sealing properly. One mate told me to leave the bearings in and fabricate caps for them but i just took them out and asked the coaters to mask off the centres. Didn't mask the inner rims tho; do you reckon I'll have constant flat tyres??

P.S. Got a whole new set of SKF bearings - front and rear - for about a tenner (£25-ish from Honda...). If anyone's ever interested, give me a shout.

Oh, P.S.

I think Crossroads is a little bit before my time, but wasn't Benny the gay one??

Thanks all...

By 'common' you mean like a tart/whore? OK, I'll avoid red then as Kaz guessed too. Thanks for the advice Sirch
