Im probably telling you all something you allready know..try a local tatoo artist. Many of them are real artists ( as opposed to the transfer and colour inbetween the lines).

And theres a good chance they do other art work. ie Airbrush work. Even if they don't i wouldnt be surprised if they knew someone.
