You guys get to Rivington Barn much?

Assuming it's de rigeur to go and be seen there that is.

Went for first time a few weeks ago with a couple of mates (FZR1000, BMW Boxer) and the wife (Prili 125) via Slaidburn and the BAE place nr Preston - nice run out on the back roads then over the moor with the lakes and the twisty stuff.

Makes Squires look like a quiet meeting hole!

Bit of a run out but fancy doing it again sometime.

Keep looking forward to Rossendale but they keep cancelling!!!

Graeme.

Damnit :(

All this rain (especially on this side of the Pennines) has caused lots of work for good ol 'Busby', been in today and was asked if I was willing to go in tomoz too - well it would be rude not to (9 Hrs X 1.75!). Said I was ok for full day but not interested in 1/2 - Doh!
Should've looked up the weather before the cash registers in my eyes went kerrrching!
Would much rather have a ride out to Rivington! 8)
Suppose I should just think of how many VTR tank fulls I'll be earning.
Maybe even buy me an un-cracked headlamp

Keep checking in - I will make it over there again and soon - may have a few non-believers with me though - LOL
Not sure wot wor lass will ride when she's done her probation in Nov - wants to keeps her RS cos it's fun, doubt it'll be a Storm, she loves it but can hardly touch ground and certainly can't cope with weight of it at low / zero speed. RS250 if we find a good one maybe - or pocket rocket.

Cheers guys - try not to enjoy yourselves too much - think of poor little ol' me working hard keeping the country going.

And hey! ..... be careful out there

Graeme.

I'm still on work pattern (work time sucks, but the off time makes up for it)

:(

I'll be out playing from Monday to Friday next week though.

And in July I have pretty much every Thursday through to Monday off, so I'll see ya up there in a few weeks.
