sporran tax?

heard on the radio today that anyone wearing/owning a sporran has to pay £13 tax?because of it being made from endangered species :o wtf?!! 8O

I think it is something similar to the register that taxidermists have to keep, basically it means any sporrans manufactured from anything remotely at risk (endangered), it is supposed to enable the powers that be ( "The Sporran Police") trace the source of the item. In the same way that taxidermists have to prove the origin and cause of death etc of their material.
I hope this makes some sense to you all, :confused before too much south of the border piss taking starts :lol: :lol:
