pinched this from another forum.
if you buy anything and get it sent through the post, make sure you keep an eye on the door as stuff goes missing.

reason I posted it was I won a ts50 clutch for the boys moped and it hasnt arrived in over a month. seller is going to send another but could easily get nasty starting with bad feedbacks.
we sent something about a year ago, buyer started getting nasty, we had receipts to prove posting, trouble is , in the end it comes down to seller to do the chasing.
the item was found in the corner of the sorting office as the usual postie was off sick and they didnt have a replacement for him. On another occasion they tried to deliver but no one home, they didnt leave a card so buyer didnt know. When we finally found it buyer walked along to sorting office and picked it up.
makes you wonder in both cases how long before they would have sold them off!!

and to top it all, if your posty knows most of the time you won't be in, he might even leave your parcel at the po and just drop the card through! Eh?? WTF do we pay for eh??
And they want us to sympathise about their re-modelling. Privatise I say. Bloody useless.
