I went to marmaris in turkey in may. Like you i didn't know what to expect, but had a great time. People are very friendly and it's very clean. Food is cheap and drinks are reasonable. Have a nice time !

Reading this in Mauritius 1st holiday in 7 years and celebrating 20th wedding anniversary, and finally made it back to place of my birth after 44 years. Can't understand why 19 and 16 year old wanted to come on holiday with parents. Anyway have a good one Kaz and Alan, its hard work work doing nothing.

Nearly went to Mauritius for honey moon but went to the Maldives instead i didnt want to come back what a place that is, island we was at was 800yards long and 100yards wide (Reethi Rah)
