Stratman use the experience to write some good music. This was my pathetic attempt after a recent experience. Still she left me with the VTR and Jess my dog. Time they say is a great healer.

Strat what you have is commonly called "the belly" my friend...... its that pit in ya stomach feeling you get when ya split with someone u really like deep down.

Things that cause "the belly" : -

- telephone calls with ex.

- seeing/hearing about said ex enjoying themselves whilst u are in turmoil.

- Thinking about ex with other guys ( ouch, this one hurts )

- Thinking about any kids u have with ex.

It all amounts to belly gone getchya...and the only thing that really cures it is time.

The other thing that may set you off is "stuff"......the items you left behind in the split that you didnt realise you needed until 6mnths later......and when you do remember "stuff" this inherantly leads to "the belly". Infact some "stuff" is so mythical/legendary in my mind i now question whether i actlually had stuff or if it is a figment of my imagination.

perhaps i have forced this train of thought tho.....if i didnt own it it didnt happen ... know what i mean?

Anyway i am rambling here so give it time mr....u will be ok...just find some pretty lil strumpet to help you forget. And whateva u do dont call out the ex's name whilst doin the bizz......i have done this but that is another story.
