looks like the Australian navy will soon be getting more recruits...

Imagine the psychological damage! They'll all need breast enlargements
As for the Navy, this is perhaps to stop the Navy boys turning to each other for lurvin'. The only "psychological" excuse I can think of for having ones tits biggened is jealousy & I'm not sure how they'd justify that one. I'd consider joinnig the queue when they offer reductions!
