Geeeez, I dunno. You add your name to that birthday thread & you wait all year. You see everybody else get their little happy birthday threads with pictures of flashing opposite-sex bits. Your "special day" gets closer & closer & anticipation mounts. You think you have nothing to look forward to on your birthday, but then you remember: your faithful Storming friends love you! They'll wish you a happy day! You set your alarm nice & early, jump out of bed & run in to the computer, sign in & with a big, expectant grin. You check the posts since you last logged-on. You're deflated somewhat, when there's nothing there, but fair's fair. You remember that the UK is a little behind Australia & it's not your birthday "over there" for a good few hours yet, so you decide to be the bigger person & forgive them for not remembering the time difference & having your cheery birthday wishes ready for you first thing. You log back in throughout the day at varying intervals to graciously receive the kind thoughts being sent your way... But there's nothing. Oodles of big, fat, nothingness. All day long. Sniff sniff...

Now all that's left for them to do is grovel.

(And then your neighbour starts blaring Dolly Parton's Jolene through the wall! Oh dear...)

May i be the first grovelling idiot of the day, after all i am a little ahead of our English friends. Sorry for missing it, maybe we should all be looking at it to make sure we don't miss things like this.

It took a while to work out how to get the camera to take timed shots but i got there in the end! Oh and i had just got back from the gym obviously

I did get a bit of what I wanted, but not what you'd call the whole wish-list. Came with a very funny story though, involving a public place, several stunned cagers, lantana-inflicted butt-cheek wounds, uncontrollable laughter and, surprisingly, no alcohol! I'd be happy to post details, but I'd hate anyone to think less of me
