not good as i keep dipping into the fund for the new project for my son
as for not smoking
im down to 5 a day tbh and hope by xmas to have stopped altoghter ,
cold turkey didnt work this time . but im not going to give up on giving up as i want my engine done .

Just put cranberry sauce* in a ring halfway down each fag; then you'll stop smoking at that point as they'll go out.
Move the cranberry nearer the end each week.
Cold turkey and cranberry sauce are a logical combination, although no-one knows why, except Marlboro Man, who hasn't been on here for ages.
*(mint sauce won't work, it has to be cranberry. Otherwise you'll just get a craving for Menthols).

not good tbh .on both counts .
i have managed to cut right down on the smoking tho (3 a day )
and the new clutch will take all the savings ive put away but it needs doing so hay ho .
