Wow!!!!! I'm liking that, very nice. Almost fluorescent. The little bits of yellow in it highlight very nicely. Looking forward to seeing it all back on bike back. It should contrast very nicely with the Black frame.
It's probably too late now but with the rear seat unit have you thought about chopping the rear part of you seat in half, then joining the rear cowl to the tail fairing. Any gaps can be body filled over and then it would all be one piece. Then if you could figure out a way of securing the front part of the seat that could lift out and then you would also have more storage under the cowl.
In an ideal world the Mario Nava tail unit would be spot on.

Thanks chaps :-)
To be honest !! I like the standard seat unit .
The tail unit was painted green then lacquered then flatted back and that's when I got the call as they couldn't assemble the tale section lol

That was taken just before we put the out line of where I wanted the number boards
I should have it all back before the week end

that looks ferking well nice lloydie, over the last couple of years i've contemplated trying to sort out a similar tail section, but other than the mario navas seat unit, i can't see any other way of doing it. i want the original fixing and abiliy to access the under seat area combined with the all in one seamless race seat unit look, plus being able to have a comfy seat. maybe one day i will get a mario seat unit
mario sent me his price list last year and a fibreglass all in one seat unit with cubby hole and pre cut out for a brake light(street unit) is 220 euros, plus another 125 euros postage
i would have thought postage would be nearer 70/80 euros considering its staying within the eu...
if you want fibreglass with carbon inserts or carbon kevlar inserts its 265e
fully carbon or carbon kevlar mix its 475e
these prices include the cubby hole and lock
you would also have to buy seat foam, which wouldn't be that comfortable
but they look the mutts nuts

i really like the seat pad, looks spot on
if anyone wants the price list just pm your email address, the price list is from 2006 but last year when i spoke to mario he said the prices haven't really changed...

Daft question - why's the seat cowl still on the seat for spraying?

It does seem a bit strange that as the the edges may get missed. Unless it was just for the Black and had it like that for lining up perfectly with the fairing.
Looks well nice Lloyd, super duper Kermi. I like the Black with the white lines as well. Nice touch along the top of the front side fairings. Have you got Black on the front part of the fairing around the headlight surround as well.
