Head got now nice new gasket and ex velve.
Velve clearance is 0,31 0,16 but what is the tolerance? 0, 02? That what can be extra? Cheers

Ok. finally I managed to take head of. Exhaust velve are very bend but piston is alright. Now I have problems how to split the spring because is already tensed after bend. I just wander if basic home made spring compressor will do the job. ANy ideas? Where I can get the proper tool? I hope I will ...

Junak it's a polish big first bike, my first was 15 years ago. I've got 4of them. That was copy of yours English classic like triumph 500 or Norton commander all in one but only 350cc single. Absolutely buty.

Sorting it and fitting manual CCTs will give you peace of mind and many joyful future worry free miles .... I Was thinking about this yesterday. I've got r1 and zzr11 as well. Definitely exhaust valves are bend.
I need wait for some new velves and head gasket. Need some shims as well. Rear cylinder have exhaust ones and one intake to clearance.
It's look like big project to do. I wasn't expecting that.
Never mind.

I turned engine till intake front stopped. When I take cct off it's jumped fwe times and turn again. I know which marks are correct now. I'll try tomorrow and I'll be back. I found fwe cheap heads but rear ones. Just wander what is the difference between front and rear.

Marks are absolutely not right in front cylinder. I take everything off already but I wasn't sure how it's should be on a tdc. I did find now from forum I did manage download the manual. Thanks for that. I just don't know if the valves are bend. Timing is wrong because I couldn't turn the engine ...

I just got my new baby vtr 99reg 24k on a clock.
There is a problem with the cct wich spring broke.
I bought like that.
I replaced but looks like the camshaft it's changed now and I can't turn the engine. When I know if the valves been bend?
