Having owned a good number of Yams and Suzukis I can tell you they are bio-degradable unlike Hondas. Seriously a neglected 99 SRAD would not be worth sorting.

Late models 01-05 lack the same 'on-off' petcock's as early VTRs Early ones rely on diaphram operated by vacuum to stop fuel flow, also using an adjustable spanner you can turn tap flow off. Not had tank off yet, does it piss petrol everywhere as can't see anywhere to turn it off, ie no 'normal' fu...

Tour Max Reg/Rec?

My 1999 bike is fitted with a finned Reg/Rec called a Tour Max which doesn't look like either the standard Honda one or the MOSFET one, anyone heard of these, got an opinion on them?
