i had ran out of adjustment bud ...... i tried an air gap of 120 with the 15 weight but it was so hard i couldn't move it lol :( i don't proclaim to be any good with suspension but i'm confident enough to strip and keep playing till it feels right .... if that makes sense :? i had decided to go with ...

tony ...thinking about it bud i dont think it was the oil itself ....but the oil that came out was black and piss thin ..... so i wound all the screws in and set them once the forks where back on the bike ...... they used to sit so far down on the front end but now they sit really high with very ...

lloydie i have my rear shock on the last notch and it makes the rear end of my vtr look bloody sexy and since useing 15 weight oil it has brought the front up beautifully so no mre sliding into the tank ... well worth doing

well been a productive day, fork rebuild (which was fun) i used 15 weight oil and measured to an air gap of 130mm gap ...so around 400ml of oil ? ? ? dunno if thats quite right but wow what a difference .... :o :thumbup: removed the rear shock to see how i could improve the sag so after realising it ...
