hahaha i dont do myself any favours really do i ..... :D

right from the beginning .... ahhhhh bugga it lol i just didnt want to get mis directed on the way there .... i have now gone to w h smiths and bought a map for the uk ..... im not impressed, the lady told me there would be pop up pictures and everything .... what happens when i open it??? some one had already coloured it in !!! :evil: :evil: :evil: :cry: not impressed

im joking lol and as for pulling me leg ... i'd rather ya didnt as ive just spent three years getting them fixed and knee's replaced and all sorts lol so lets leave them intact hey :D :D :D

I want a knee replacement as mine has no fluid behind the patella and is grinding bone against bone. :( It doesn't like the cold and damp.

i dunno about wanting one bud .... im 22 and ive had the patella scraped and polished twice, acl reconstruction surgery on both knee's, 1 plastic vertebra, post pinning and rodding to the left femur, pinned shins and one rear ankle bone, plate in the back of my head etc etc lol it goes on and in the cold i agree with you its sore ... but i find it worse when the weather is on the change to be honest aka dampness and humidity lol :D :D

moral of the story is ......wait for it ........ make sure you eat and hydrate on very hot days whilst riding a motocross bike 22ft in the air :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
