Anyone advise on front forks rebuild . Just had new 021 fitted and black gloss powder coat wheels .Now for the front end . In your experience do the forks respond to fitting of progressive springs and build ? What oil to use / weight etc I have been told that progressive springs are too hard for the ...

I stand corrected, my bike is in fact number 16 not 26 as stated .I was having a specsaver moment in a dark garage !
