clunk is a one off but intermitently; if that makes sense. u can actualy feel it through the tank as a knock!

occasional clunk from under fuel tank!

just bought 2001 model, first bike for 25 years!
has an occasional clunk at low revs from what appears to be under the tank; front cylinder? under load no problems. checked both CCT,s both appear ok. Bike covered ~21K miles

grateful for any suggestions[/img]
