Re: Sad news

Gosh!
This always catches me by surprise. I can't believe how quick another year has passed by.
You might be gone Norman, but not forgotten. Only last week you came up in conversation when reminiscing about previous bike trips.

Thinking of you and all the family. RIP

Re: Intercom

I’m looking to get an intercom for the Devon trip and have been looking for a reasonable deal. All I’m after is decent sound and to be able to make/ receive calls, listen to sat nav and music. I know the Cardo is popular but not sure if I need to listen to Tony’s thoughts in my head while riding [em ...

Ouch!
Sorry to hear about your friend Tony. Deepest condolences.
I totally agree. None of us are getting any younger. Make the most of today and worry about tomorrow when (if) it comes.

Re: Fuel starvation - fuel tap issue?

Hi JD, Sounds like it could be. The diaphragm in the pet rock perishing is quite common but before you do pull it apart, make sure you have the vacuum pipe on the correct spigot on the fuel tap. Second most common thing is people popping the pipe onto the wrong spigot after removing the tank. I ...

Re: VTR Meet up at Sammy millers 1st June 25

nice one Pete...... dont you still have an SP2 in the garage somewhere? Yep!, She's still there. I had the covers off it on the weekend. She's still pretty but the battery is fubared. I'll have to give it some love this spring and give it a proper going over, maybe give it a run down to Sammy ...

Re: Starter relay "clicking"

Silly question, from you first post. Does the relay chatter as soon as you turn the ignition on? If not, I would use the multimeter and check all the 12v supplies. Do you have lights? I wouldn't be changing the rectifier just yet. You should be able to unplug it and everything will still function as ...
