years ago had an nsr250 with a reverse "race" gear linkage.. soon got used to it n never had a problem.. uptill me mate got his shiny new 1100 blackbird n let me have a go.. tall first gear this.. select second.. FECK..... luckily barring sore nads.. no damage done..
