sadly not I believe, chux :(
Yep, unfortunately Deano's right.

Last Tuesday was anniversary of the bump, tomorrow is a year since he was going to be released but unfortunately suffered thrombosis in leg which killed him.

I'll be having a few refreshments to honour his passing, as will many of his friends.

Anyhoo - good luck with it Chux - just glad you are OK.

sorry to hear it guys, i kinda miss read and put my foot in it. hope you have a good old piss up in his memory.

i seriously toyed with jacking it in AGAIN after this little fall due to previous near deaths and loosing to many people i love due to similar situations... but as you all know when you have it in your blood its in your blood and i know all the people we have lost wouldnt want us to stop doing what we love most..
the only reason i got back on a bike is cause its what my uncle would have wanted....

with regards to the current situation .....
the police have not got back since our last chat, which only spells bad news.
the different people i have spoke to from bennets, bikers legal defense and the injury claims people have all said this vehicle is not insured to any one.

so i cant claim my damages to the bike from any one but my own insurance...
i can however claim my injuries from the magic pool we law abiding people put into....
i have opted to give the 2 fingers to my insurance company for stiffing me over with regards to help... and repairing the bike myself.
after further inspection its not actually that bad due to my split second reflexes, other wise i would have T boned her and ended up in the passengers lap...
infact i did more damage when i dropped it while doing 0mph on my drive than in this crash..
