Let it snow!

Post by simon t »

Apparently you lot had a smidging of snow recently - and of course the country ground to a halt. As I posted previously, we've had record snow in Chauvac. The photos I tried to upload on new years eve didn't get posted (too much traffic?) but they're on my Flickr site now. It really was beautiful, though hopefully soon be gone, as I want to try out my new toy - see my other post.

LOL England is backwards and ill prepaired for any extremes of weather, I know my Scotish friends do laugh when they hear things close here and people complain they can't travel to work. I certainly wouldn't travel in dangerous conditions would be fool hardy, sit it out. + i've never seen any snow ploughs here compaired to other countries. Personally I don't see what the problem is if peeps are stocked up on food and water will be ok, just sit it out till the roads are drivable again.
Totally agree thou love the look of the landscape when it snows.

Where exactly is Chauvac?
