I'm back people!
bloody website! I've been unable to get onto the forum for months - the old link didn't work and wouldn't redirect! However, coming in through vtr1000.co.uk seems to work. Hurrah!
Right, I bumped into Timbo last week up at the bridge (then again on the way home). Just to put things straight.....
1. Married life is going well
2. I'm not grounded for life
3. The storm has gone...for a big red CBR1000F to tour Norway on this summer
4. I won't actually be touring Norway this summer as the wife is currently 5 months pregnant!.
5. I still want an SP1.
Whats new here? I could read the threads but thats a bit too involved for me. Tea's on and i'm half listening to the missus' conversation on the phone to see how much the next round of baby prep is going to cost me!

Yeah, sounds like your wife found your missing member right enough
Check out FirestormMike's SP1 for sale/swap in the sales and wants.
Get the SP1 before she finds out how much all this baby lark costs- and hope it's not twins like I got

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Got to agree with you there, Tim. Worst mistake I ever made (but most sensible at the time) was flogging that X11 of mine. Absolutely awesome bike, massively underrated. The only reason Honda stopped making them was because they weren't prepared to cut corners or quality to get the price down and compete with Bandits - they decided to pull it instead.
Wasted me? I seem to remember peeling off the M6 just as you crept silently up behind me...... I thought you were going to try and rear end me again! :wink2
Keep me posted if you're heading out - i'm off work for the next two weeks (the joys of teaching!)
