talking to myself

Post by balls »

Does anybody else do this while riding sort of telling yourself to be careful and that sort of thing or is it just me going nuts

your not the only one. I often tell myself what a stupid move i have just made or
talk myself out of doing something thick!!!

I always try to remember that it is just a hobby and the most important thing is
going home to my little boy, not impressing my mates by riding like a kn*b.

Happy days

Being only new to this game... (riding two years)

If anyone could playback what i'm saying it would sound like i've got Tourets. And only half is aimed at myself!

With an afternoon of sunshine like we've just had - don't all the w*nk*ers come out in their little tin boxes??!!

Got my first storm recently, had my first proper ride out on it today - I spent a large part of the time cackling madly. What a fun bike...

Was out in the pouring rain putting the new engine in on Saturday and came indoors soaking wet and swearing. Wife told me to mind my language, I said I had:

Don't racers do it too? When I was a sales rep we had some driving training, the instructor was talking about the road ahead, observation etc. It worked well.

I do it more on the track though.....
No bike (yet).

Do it all the time, get a series of bends right and I ll be woop wooping to myself and laughing at the odd impromptu wheely moment. Swearing at bad road users is compulsory although I dont do road rage unless my family were put at risk.
I see myself as a sensitive intelligent man but with the heart of a clown that causes me to **ck things up right at that crucial moment........'Jim Morrison'
